Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed functional requirements.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of system modules to meet business needs.
- Support the development team during implementation phases and troubleshoot identified issues.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering product demos to prospective clients.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software releases meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Perform regular system checks and handle ad-hoc technical support tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1-2 years of experience in a functional analyst or support role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and system requirements analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business requirements.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
