Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, web banners, flyers, and brochures.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaign visuals that strictly align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging creative design projects.
- Retouch and manipulate images to ensure high-quality and professional output.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various social media platforms and the company website.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to the team.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all project files are properly archived.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual composition.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
