Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the conceptualisation and creation of engaging visual content for various platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Prepare and optimise design files for both digital deployment and print production, ensuring high quality and technical accuracy.
- Contribute fresh ideas and design perspectives during brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and projects.
- Maintain and organise a comprehensive library of design assets, ensuring consistency and ease of access.
- Stay up-to-date with current graphic design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our visuals remain modern and impactful.
- Provide support for ad-hoc design requests and assist senior designers on larger projects as needed.
- Ensure all design outputs meet aesthetic standards and effectively communicate the intended message to target audiences.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a closely related field.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrable proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, illustrating your understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
