- Coordinate appointments for Lymphatic Massage and TCM services while maintaining optimal scheduling

- Assist in maintaining pristine spa environments and ensuring all amenities are stocked
- Collaborate with therapists and support teams to resolve service issues proactively

- Support administrative tasks including inventory management and basic record-keeping
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
