Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage junior high academic operations, curriculum implementation, and faculty development
- Establish and maintain strong student discipline protocols aligned with school values
- Oversee daily administrative functions including scheduling, resource allocation, and policy enforcement
- Monitor student progress and wellbeing through data-driven assessment systems
- Foster collaborative relationships between teachers, parents, and community partners
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and educational technology integration
- Ensure compliance with national education standards and institutional policies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership (S2)
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in junior high education
- Proven leadership experience in school administration (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka)
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with student disciplinary systems and behavioral management
- Certification in educational leadership or school management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
