- Develop and implement engaging social studies curriculum aligned with junior high learning standards
- Foster critical thinking through interactive discussions, primary source analysis, and collaborative projects
- Utilize multimedia resources and technology to enhance historical and civic concepts
- Assess student progress through diverse evaluation methods including projects, presentations, and examinations
- Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress to stakeholders
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events
- Contribute to curriculum development and stay current with educational methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education major in History, Bachelor of Arts in History, or related field
- Valid professional teaching license (PRC) or eligibility for certification
- Strong knowledge of Philippine and world history, civics, and social sciences
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
- Demonstrated passion for teaching adolescents and fostering cultural awareness
