Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior In-Store Designer to join our growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative in-store display concepts that align with Mothercare's brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevation drawings, and visual presentations using design software like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product launches and promotional events into the store environment.
- Manage the production and installation of signage, graphics, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of store visual standards, providing actionable feedback and solutions to store management.
- Support the Senior Designer in managing external vendor relationships, including sourcing and quoting for materials and services.
- Stay up-to-date with retail design trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate our in-store experience.
Kualifikasi
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Has 1-2 years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or a similar environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Possesses a strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
