Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and amend technical drawings based on client feedback and design revisions.
- Create accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations using industry-standard software.
- Conduct professional material research and selection to ensure designs align with project requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative design concepts and mood boards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure samples and project specifications.
- Ensure all project documentation and administrative tasks are updated within project timelines.
- Assist in site visits to measure spaces and monitor project progress during the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with SketchUp, 3D Max, or Revit is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and material properties.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple project revisions simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative design environment.
