Tanggung Jawab
- Develop design concepts and detailed technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, 3D visualizations)
- Collaborate with senior designers on project execution from concept to completion
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and material sourcing for projects
- Create compelling design presentations using industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Assist in project management, including timeline coordination and budget tracking
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical execution
- Excellent spatial awareness, color theory, and material knowledge
- Ability to translate client requirements into actionable design solutions
- Strong communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in design constraints
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
