As a Junior Interior Sales Designer, you'll work closely with our experienced design professionals to develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. You'll have the chance to develop your skills in space planning, material selection, 3D visualization, and client presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating innovative interior design concepts and solutions that align with client requirements and preferences
- Prepare design presentations including mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and ensure quality implementation of designs
- Visit project sites to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure designs are implemented as planned
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals that win new projects
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Portfolio showcasing design concepts, projects, or creative work (even academic projects)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for interior design and a willingness to learn and grow in the field
