As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance specialists, and project managers, to ensure that technical requirements are accurately captured and implemented. This position offers a unique chance to understand the intricacies of payment processing systems and business process optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, stakeholders) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Document system requirements, process flows, and technical specifications using standard modeling tools.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and validating IT solutions to ensure they meet business standards.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics, risks, and blockers to the project manager.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
