As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology division, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions. This position is designed for high-potential individuals ready to step into supervisory roles, leading projects that enhance our retail operations, supply chain, and customer experiences.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and senior leadership, to define project scopes, optimize workflows, and ensure the flawless execution of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and evaluating business workflows. You will create detailed Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Diagrams (UML/BPMN) to guide our development teams. Your ability to dissect complex problems, document clear requirements, and drive stakeholder alignment will be crucial to our success. Furthermore, you will facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and provide post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption of new systems. Your keen eye for detail and strategic thinking will help identify opportunities for automation and system improvements, directly contributing to the company's operational efficiency and bottom line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create comprehensive business process models, use cases, and user stories using UML, BPMN, and agile methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical development teams, facilitating clear communication and expectation management.
- Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation solutions.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage issue tracking, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide end-user support during system rollouts and transitions.
- Monitor project milestones, prepare status reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven retail or distribution environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting, as well as using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, retail management software, or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
