Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and support the daily performance of company-wide software applications.
- Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting to staff regarding software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT applications and system updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Coordinate with software vendors for escalation and resolution of technical bugs.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all managed applications.
- Perform regular system health checks and maintain system uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in application support are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of software application life cycles and database concepts.
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
