Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers

- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and system upgrades

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and systems administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Understanding of basic security protocols and best practices
