Tanggung Jawab
- Plan project timelines by analyzing scope, specifications, and dependencies
- Estimate resource requirements and sequence activities for optimal execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Utilize AWS knowledge to support cloud infrastructure initiatives
- Document project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses
- Adhere to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of project coordination or junior PM experience
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and architecture
- Strong analytical skills for scope and timeline estimation
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Basic understanding of SDLC and IT infrastructure
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
