Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Perform system installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of IT solutions and ensure strict adherence to security policies.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and incident reports in the helpdesk system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve IT support processes and workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
