Tanggung Jawab
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Jira
- Design and maintain custom dashboards for project tracking and reporting
- Configure projects, workflows, and issue types to align with business processes
- Develop complex queries and filters to extract actionable insights from Jira data
- Create and automate reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Jira-related user inquiries
- Optimize Jira performance and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Jira best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with Jira administration or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence, Bitbucket) preferred
- Experience with scripting (Jira CLI, Groovy) is advantageous
