Levi Kuliner Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure our key accounts thrive and our business operations run smoothly.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between our clients and internal operations. You will be responsible for managing account-related tasks, handling data entry, and assisting in the preparation of essential reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain daily operations for assigned key accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle critical administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize schedules and coordinate meetings for key stakeholders and clients.
  • Support the sales team with lead tracking and compiling customer feedback analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
