Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations and requirements
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and case records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the financial industry
- Provide legal support for corporate governance and compliance initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of legal principles and regulatory frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior internship or entry-level legal experience is preferred
