Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and comprehensive guidance on housing loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate loan application documents to partner financial institutions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, and property developers to facilitate smooth loan processes.
- Analyze clients' financial profiles to recommend the most suitable loan packages and repayment schemes.
- Proactively follow up on application statuses, liaising with banks to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on the latest property market trends, Bank Negara Malaysia regulations, and financing schemes.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by consistently converting leads into successful loan disbursements.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the property and mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (advantageous).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial documentation and loan processing procedures (training will be provided).
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license and own transport, as the role involves client meetings.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
