Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of z/OS operating systems and related components.
- Provide operational support for CICS, MQ, and DB2 subsystems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent service interruptions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot system-level errors and technical incidents.
- Manage third-party vendor product updates and ensure compatibility within the mainframe environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in periodic system testing and disaster recovery drills to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of mainframe concepts or previous coursework in z/OS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CICS, MQ, or DB2 concepts is a distinct advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and master new enterprise technologies.
