Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields) with excellent academic records.
- Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience post-graduation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or early career achievements.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in local languages or German is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undertake international assignments or rotations as required by the program.
- High level of technical curiosity and a passion for IoT, Industry 4.0, or automation.
