Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, configuration, and integration of industrial automation systems and robotics.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Program and calibrate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI interfaces under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the commissioning and testing of new automation equipment on the production floor.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in safety audits to ensure all automated systems meet local regulatory and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of robotics, control systems, and mechanical instrumentation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and basic knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder Logic).
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics accurately.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for hands-on technical troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
