Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated production machinery.
- Support the design, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment maintenance logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives to reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support to line operators to ensure smooth production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong interest in Industrial Automation and robotic systems.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and training will be provided.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or PLC programming is a plus but not mandatory.
- Commitment to a 5-day work week and willingness to be based in the North region.
