Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings of mechanical components.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and structural simulations to ensure design integrity.
- Assist in the prototyping, assembly, and testing of mechanical systems to validate design concepts.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical manuals.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Participate in design reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in product cost, quality, and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo.
- Basic understanding of mechanical fabrication processes, materials, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a global business environment.
- Prior internship experience or academic projects in mechanical design is highly advantageous.
