Are you an aspiring Mechanical and Electrical Engineer looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic construction and building services industry? We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support the coordination and supervision of mechanical and electrical building services projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to interpret technical drawings, conduct site inspections, and assist in the implementation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals to support project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, inspection logs, and material requisitions as required.
- Identify potential technical issues early and propose effective solutions to minimize project delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in building services or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire safety, and electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETABS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., BEng, BSc) are a plus.
