Our client, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer based in Karawang, is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Electrical Technician to join their engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of advanced manufacturing machinery.
You will work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with senior engineers to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems, and implement process improvements. We are looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a technical environment and is committed to precision and safety protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist senior technicians in the installation and commissioning of new production machinery.
- Execute system calibration and testing according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities, machine performance logs, and repair reports accurately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Adhere strictly to Cleanroom and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, and PLC programming basics.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production needs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English proficiency.
