Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine clinical laboratory tests and analyses according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the collection, preparation, and preservation of biological specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, including daily calibration and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement of essential laboratory reagents and supplies.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and biohazard management standards.
- Accurately document test results into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) with high attention to detail.
- Participate in quality control activities to maintain diagnostic integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, including microscopy, hematology, or clinical chemistry.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and sample processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
- Familiarity with lab safety guidelines and biohazard containment procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and laboratory management software.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and perform under pressure in a high-volume clinical setting.
