Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex laboratory analyses on paediatric blood, fluid, and tissue samples following strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate advanced laboratory instrumentation to ensure high-accuracy diagnostic output.
- Verify and document test results into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) with high attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with hospital laboratory protocols, biohazard safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and senior technologists to troubleshoot anomalous sample findings.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of laboratory operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support inventory management and reagent preparation to ensure smooth daily lab operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience or internship in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative attitude toward multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
