Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the buying team to source and identify trending products that align with company strategy.
- Conduct professional negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and product quality.
- Maintain and update product databases to ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Analyze weekly sales data to provide insights and recommendations for inventory replenishment.
- Assist in the preparation of seasonal product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our product range remains competitive.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and resolve any supply chain discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, merchandising, or procurement (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Deep interest in retail market dynamics and consumer purchasing behavior.
