Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal fashion collections from concept to store.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock forecasting to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and prototypes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for future collections.
- Collaborate with store managers to align visual merchandising with collection themes and sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on product performance and pricing strategies.
- Support the merchandising team in vendor negotiations and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Passion for fashion retail and a keen eye for current trends and styles.
- Familiarity with basic merchandising principles and retail operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak seasons.
