This is a critical role responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and reliability of our enterprise IT infrastructure.
As a Junior Monitoring Administrator, you will be the first line of defense in our 24/7 operations center. You will utilize advanced monitoring tools to track system health, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and resolve technical incidents. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for uptime and a commitment to providing excellent first-level support to our stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform continuous 24/7 monitoring of IT infrastructure, servers, and network performance.
- Proactively detect, analyze, and escalate system alerts using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Provide prompt first-level technical support for hardware and software-related incidents.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of system events, outages, and resolution steps for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with senior engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct routine health checks and performance reporting for key infrastructure components.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Prior experience or internships involving system monitoring, helpdesk support, or network administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new monitoring technologies.
