Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
- Support the implementation of network security policies, including VPN, NAC, and intrusion detection systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new network services and support system upgrades.
- Perform routine network health checks and execute system patches under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in incident response activities and provide basic end-user technical support for networking-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Familiarity with major network vendor hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba) is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to interpret network topology diagrams and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with a team-player mindset.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a strong plus.
