As a Junior Network Engineer, you will assist in the deployment, configuration, and daily management of our global network infrastructure. You’ll work with Cisco devices, firewalls, and monitoring tools to ensure network reliability and security. You will troubleshoot connectivity issues, collaborate with senior engineers on projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and identify issues affecting connectivity or security.
- Support the implementation of network security measures, including firewalls and access controls.
- Document network configurations, processes, and changes accurately.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to network problems.
- Collaborate with team members to plan network upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain inventory of network equipment and coordinate with vendors for support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, and switching.
- Familiarity with Cisco hardware and IOS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
