Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal system uptime
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy network security measures and protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Provide technical support to internal users regarding network-related issues and solutions
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new networking technologies and best practices
- Participate in network capacity planning and performance optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are advantageous
- Experience with network monitoring tools and basic scripting knowledge preferred
