Tanggung Jawab
- Provide efficient and reliable technical support for network-related issues to ITD/NetSys customers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems to ensure high availability.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Respond to incoming tickets and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring quality service levels.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network improvements and security patches.
- Perform routine network audits and system checks to prevent potential failures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Routing.
- Familiarity with network diagnostic tools and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila on a full-time basis.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+) are a plus but not required.
