Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B network, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of operational logs, reports, and financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff to ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
