Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure seamless trading platform accessibility for our clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between the technical support department and marketing teams to align customer needs with growth campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from marketing leads to active traders.
- Maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trading desk activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support the implementation of new marketing growth initiatives and promotional activities.
- Provide regular reporting on operational challenges and success indicators to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, client support, or a finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, or proprietary trading environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and office productivity suites.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
