You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while providing dedicated support to the business owner. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the Owner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and digital documents.
  • Provide confidential administrative support and act as a reliable point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of organization for business and personal task lists to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle travel logistics and onsite support during business trips.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in all internal and external communications.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant roles.
  • Strong passion for traveling and ability to adapt to varying environments quickly.
  • Unwavering honesty, integrity, and professional work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • High level of proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite, and calendar management tools).
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support business travel requirements.
