In this pivotal role, you will leverage your background in physics to support the deployment and optimization of XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) instrumentation. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis, interpreting complex results, and providing technical guidance to our valued clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and operation of XRF instrumentation for new and existing clients.
- Perform comprehensive data acquisition and detailed analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide high-quality technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment operation and interpretation.
- Document test results, analytical reports, and technical specifications accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize product performance based on field feedback.
- Travel to client sites for installations, maintenance, and application demonstrations as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytical chemistry and instrumentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology or similar analytical instruments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, for data visualization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
