Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Power Query and DAX.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing Power BI solutions to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed reports and data models.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to continuously improve development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data visualization or reporting (internships and academic projects are considered). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI is required.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Basic knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in the data and analytics space.
