You will work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to conduct demonstrations, map technical requirements, and deliver compelling value propositions that win business.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and expertise throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documentation.
- Identify and analyze client pain points to propose effective cloud-based IT solutions.
- Facilitate the handover process from the sales phase to the project delivery and implementation teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing trends and vendor-specific updates (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT pre-sales, technical support, or system administration role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar) are a strong plus.
