Murata Manufacturing, a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced electronic components, is seeking a dedicated and talented Junior Process Engineer Staff to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tanauan City, Batangas.
As a key member of our Process Engineering team, you will play a vital role in optimizing production processes, ensuring the highest quality standards, and supporting the ramp-up of new products. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production line performance and process parameters to ensure consistency and quality output.
- Assist senior engineers in developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes for electronic components.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for process-related non-conformances.
- Support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including process flow diagrams, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in equipment qualification, process validation, and calibration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to achieve operational KPIs and production targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety regulations, environmental policies, and 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage.
- Strong academic foundation in process engineering principles, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Willingness to be assigned in Tanauan City, Batangas, and work on a shifting schedule if required.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt certification is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
