Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing new vendors and suppliers for B2B merchandise.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and quality issues.
- Assist in vendor performance reviews and maintain the supplier database.
- Update and maintain organized procurement records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
