Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research and analyze requirements to develop data-driven design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Integrate AI-driven features to enhance product functionality and user experience
- Manage end-to-end product design lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance analytics
- Maintain design consistency across all product touchpoints and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, or related field (D3/S1 equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles with functional outcomes
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of UI/UX methodologies and accessibility standards
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to emerging technologies like AI
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional team experience
- Preference for usability over decorative elements in design approach
