Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized customers in the coatings and composite industry
- Act as primary point of contact for product inquiries, orders, and technical support
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical product support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic knowledge of chemical products, coatings, or composite materials preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings
