Private Advertiser is currently seeking a motivated Junior Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing facility in the heart of Tuas. This role is specifically designed for individuals who understand the technicalities of the workshop floor and are ready to apply that knowledge to production planning and oversight.
As a Junior Production Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our engineering designs and the final manufactured product. You will work closely with our team of fabricators and welders to ensure that every project is executed with precision, on schedule, and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor welding and fabrication processes to ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
- Liaise between the workshop floor and management to provide real-time updates on production status.
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials and manage inventory levels for welding consumables.
- Maintain comprehensive production documentation, including job sheets and safety reports.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and suggest technical solutions based on welding expertise.
- Ensure all workshop operations comply with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Welder or in a similar technical fabrication role is highly preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG/TIG/Arc).
- Possess at least an ITE Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple production schedules simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) for report generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical teams.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment located in Tuas.
