Junior Production Technicians (Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing)

As a Junior Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing production operations in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, assist in batch record documentation, and ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production operations in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in batch record documentation and data entry.
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and equipment.
• Support inventory management of raw materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Able to work rotating shifts if required.
