In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our IT Manager to develop, maintain, and support our critical business applications and ICT infrastructure. Your day-to-day will involve developing code for new features, ensuring our server infrastructure is performing optimally, and providing support to team members across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of in-house software applications and web platforms.
- Provide support for the company's ICT Infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager on the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across various platforms (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
- Assist in managing cloud services and ensuring data security best practices are followed.
- Respond to technical support requests from end-users in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in programming or IT support (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
- Understanding of networking concepts and server administration is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
