Blockhaus Design Build is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be on the front lines of construction management, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and technical documentation. You will work closely with senior project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that every project is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate project estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost projections.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
- Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and technical updates for project management review.
- Conduct quality control inspections of materials and workmanship on-site.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of construction materials.
- Facilitate communication between the design office and the field team to resolve technical discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in a design-build or construction firm is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to project excellence.
- Valid driver’s license or willingness to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila.
